Generational Experience
Built on Decades of Craft
Dusty's Rhodes Inc was founded on a simple principle: do the work right, every time. What started as a family operation out of Richmond, Virginia has grown into one of the East Coast's most trusted commercial paving contractors — without ever losing the hands-on standard that built our reputation.
That knowledge doesn't come from a manual. It's passed down through generations of crews who know asphalt the way a craftsman knows their trade — by feel, by experience, and by pride in the finished surface.
